Put down that pencil and calculator, you can finish your taxes later, load the car with family and friends (you will want to take one car, because have you seen gas prices?) and head out to Port Aransas, Texas for the 15th annual Texas Sand Fest.

Sand Fest is a three day sand sculpting event, starting Friday April 15th and ending Sunday April 17th. Go check out these beautiful masterpieces all made out of sand, or design your own in the ametuar area. Make sure to grab a funnel cake, my favorite part of any sort of festival. You can always finish your taxes on Monday.
