Simply Camden

Last week the Orange County Register announced their list for Top Workplaces in Orange County 2011.  For the second year in a row, Camden made the list!

 The OC Register explained that over 18,000 employees from about 119 companies participated in giving their opinions about their workplace.  It’s from these employee responses that the companies were ranked, so you know that it’s truly based on employee opinions! Ten large companies, 25 midsize companies, and 40 small workplaces made the list of Top O.C. Workplaces 2011!  With only 57 employees in Orange County, Camden was ranked among the small workplaces. We ranked #9!

There were also a handful of companies that were awarded a medallion award for special categories and Camden received the award for “Communication.” As indicated by a Camden associates comment: “I am empowered to make decisions and people listen”.

 I have to say, making the list was amazing, but definitely not a surprise!  I know I work for a great company. I don’t need an award to show me that, but I know it helps YOU the reader and job seeker know that; so this article’s for you!
