As a follow-up to my post last week regarding Camden treating employees well, I want to touch on a pleasant surprise that my community manager, Nikki, bestowed on my coworkers and me last Friday. Unbeknownst to us, the first Friday in March is National Employee Appreciation Day according to Nikki. The reason we did not know of this semi-holiday is because none of us had ever experienced any recognition for this day in the past. We walked into the leasing office that morning and were greeted with gift boxes filled with candy and personalized notes recognizing our individual efforts and achievements. My past managers in Camden have found clever ways to honor their teams as well, but I think that this act of selflessness deserves special recognition. Thank you, Nikki, for making our day that much brighter!
