That’s what we should have yelled as we entered the Doral Golf and Spa Resort in Doral, Florida with our game faces on. Camden Cares South Florida was invited to be a part of the Mike Sena Memorial Golf Classic only miles away from our gorgeous Doral communities, Camden Doral and Camden Doral Villas. Proceeds from this exciting event went to the Alzheimer’s Association-Southeast Florida Chapter.
Each volunteer was given a comfy purple t-shirt made by Oakley to wear for the day.
Even though I believe we would have done an awesome job participating in the actual golf tournament, we were asked to register golfers. This was no way near your typical name badge and a plastic trade show bag. After signing and handling financial obligations, the registrants entered an oasis of thank you gifts. Among the gifts received by participants were golf shirts, fishing hats, leather travel bags, a cooler backpack, Srixon golf balls (yellow or white), an Oakley towel, Kind granola bars, beach chair, an umbrella, and Oakley sunglasses….whew!
